Shipping policy

All bleached items are custom made and bleached by me.  All orders will be shipped within 7-14 business days of receiving the order, business days are Monday-Friday and exclude Holidays.  If an order cannot be completed within that timeframe, we will do our best to reach out to you with an updated timeframe.  All orders are shipped with tracking, Tracking is automatically emailed to the email on file.  We are not responsible for items once they are shipped.
